TheMongolz and Spotnet to Asia Minor
TheMongolz and Spotnet have qualified for the Asia Minor Championship after winning the online qualifiers in East Asia and Middle East, respectively.
Two of the eight Asia Minor Championship teams have been determined today as the East Asia and Middle East qualifiers ended. The top two teams at the Asia Minor will qualify for the PGL Major Krakow Offline Qualifier.
In the East Asia Qualifier, MVP Project got through to the grand final after beating KhARUM, Taiwan Z, and MVP PK. The MongolZ, on the other hand, defeated m0nster, MISO, and YETTI.
Machinegun's team have qualified for the Minor
The first map in the grand final was Inferno where The MongolZ got ten rounds on the T-side. However, MVP Project bested their opponents and won the map 16-14 after an 11-4 T-side.
Mirage which was the second map ended with the same score but this time The MongolZ came on top. The MongolZ won the last map Train and qualified for the Asia Minor Championship. Enkhtaivan "Machinegun" Lkhagva finished the series with a 75:56 score, a 98.8 ADR and a 1.30 rating.

The Middle East qualifier featured Spotnet and Risky in the grand final. Spotnet won the first map Cobblestone 16-5. Omar "Jabz" Jabbouri had an extraordinary performance in the opening map with a 26:7 score, 118.5 ADR, and a 1.85 rating.
Risky responded in the second map Nuke by winning the first half 9-6 on the T-side. Risky extended their lead to 14-6 in the second half and survived Spotnet's comeback effort to win the map 16-14.
Spotnet started Overpass on the CT-side and had a 10-5 lead at halftime. They won the map 16-6 and qualified for the Asia Minor Championship.

Asia Minor Championship will take place from June 1-4 with eight teams in attendance and will hand out $50,000 in cash prizes and, more importantly, two spots at the PGL Major Krakow Offline Qualifier.
